
The Technical Audit Support Business Unit is the owner of the new Audit Dispute Resolution Policy and its procedures and has commissioned the training on the new policy.
This training video provides training on the principles to be
applied and role-players involved in dealing with disputes arising between
auditees and audit teams during the audit process in accordance with the new
dispute resolution policy.
The training video is key to all audit staff which must be
viewed by the following AGSA staff:
- Audit Business Unit Leadership
- Audit Senior Managers
- Audit Managers
- Assistant Audit Managers
- Trainee Auditors
It is also highly recommended that all other AGSA staff,
including among others those in the Product Champion Offices, SAS Business
Units and Audit Support Business Units also view this training video.
