

IFRS the global language
IFRS is becoming the global language in financial reporting. With the adoption in almost all countries, except the US, the need for IFRS knowledge is vitally important for any professional reporting under this framework. In response to this, W.consulting have launched Fundamentals.

IAS
International Accounting Standards (IAS) are older accounting standards issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), an independent international standard-setting body based in London. The IAS were replaced in 2001 by International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

IFRIC
(IFRS Interpretations Committee) is the interpretative body of the IFRS Foundation. Its mandate is to review on a timely basis widespread accounting issues that have arisen within the context of current International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs).
